Two breast pump brands from the same owner, both best sellers on Bol.com. We handle the photography, listings and manuals.
The listings are built for conversion. Not on pretty pictures, but on images that carry the right information at the right moment. That is the difference between a listing that looks good and a listing that sells.
The brief
Evite and Sammit are two brands from the same owner, specialising in breast pumps and related products for new mothers. The brief was to strengthen the existing brand position on Bol.com and lift the listings to the level their ambition asks for: staying the best seller in their category, despite growing competition from both small brands and large international players.
The audience is specific: new mothers making fast decisions in a short buying cycle, on the basis of trust, recognition and clear product information. The listings have to make immediately clear what the product does and does not do, who it suits, and what using it is like.

Our approach
For breast pumps, photography is sensitive. We work with models who represent the audience and with scenes that show the product in use without becoming inappropriate. Lifestyle shots are warm and encouraging rather than clinical. Product packshots are clear and informative. The two types work together to remove the whole doubt around buying.
The listing design follows a tight information hierarchy: a main image that stands out in the category, a lifestyle shot that gives context, infographics about use, dimension diagrams, a comparison table with the other models in the same line, and FAQ content on the product page for the most common hesitations. No space wasted on decorative elements that do not contribute to conversion.

What we delivered
For Evite and Sammit we delivered the complete product photography for every SKU in the catalogue, lifestyle shoots with representative models on location and in the studio, product listing design for both Bol.com and Amazon, styled product documentation and manuals available as a download on the product page, and ongoing support at new product launches.
The manuals are deliberately visual and simple: new mothers have little time and concentration for long technical instructions. We restructured the information into steps with visual iconography, in a mobile-first layout so the manual is readable on a phone next to the cot.

The result
The outcome: best selling in their category on Bol.com. And they keep growing. New products still launch through us, each time with the same approach: research what works, design what converts, deliver what sells. The ongoing partnership shows that a good listing strategy is not a one-off action but a cycle of optimisation that runs for years.
For brands in comparably sensitive categories (personal care, wellness, baby products) this is a case showing that tactful visual communication performs measurably better than clinical, functional imagery. Empathy sells, in product listings too, as long as the execution is professional enough to earn trust.
