For Sonny Eyewear, Lucy Georgia's running sunglasses brand, we built the Shopify store and then custom work on the product page, About and Community.
www.sonnyeyewear.com ↗Sonny Eyewear makes running sunglasses for women. The brand was started by runner and creator Lucy Georgia (@lucyge0rgia), who has more than 250,000 followers on Instagram. We built the Shopify store and then the custom work on the product page, live since 29 October 2026.
The brief
Sonny already had a Shopify store, but it needed rebuilding. The ask: a simple, clean store that sells. Three colours of one frame, good photography and nothing to distract. The brand book and product photos were already there.

Our approach
Calm in the store. A white background instead of cream, products centred on desktop so the photos don't get blown up, and one clear buy button. Product information cut back to two tabs: product details, and shipping and returns.
The brand in a few words. The large bottom section of the homepage came out. In its place: the tagline "Serious shades for sunny people" in the house typeface, with the newsletter sign-up below it. Plus a password page in the brand's style, for the run-up to a new release.

Custom work on the product page
After launch the team asked for a product page modelled on a store they had picked themselves. On mobile you now see every photo first, in a carousel you swipe through, with small bars that show where you are. The details come after. On desktop the photos stack in the left column while the product information travels along on the right. When that column is taller than the screen, it scrolls until its bottom edge is in view and then stays put. The buy button stays on screen however far you scroll through the photos.
About and Community
The About page got fuller: the brand's story in three blocks, each with text beside an image. The team filled in the copy themselves in the theme editor. New is the Community page, with its own place in the menu. Anyone who signs up there lands in the same Klaviyo list as everyone else, tagged community, so the team can see where a sign-up came from.

The result
The custom work went live on 29 October 2026. We built it in a draft copy of the theme and then merged it into the live theme. Before publishing we checked that Klaviyo, the Shopify pixel, Meta and the SEO titles and descriptions were untouched. A test sign-up after the switch came straight through in Klaviyo.
