TikTok Shop content and listings
TikTok Shop went live in the Netherlands in 2026 and runs on video, not on static listings. We build TikTok Shop content and product pages that feel native in the feed while holding on to your brand: from the hook in the first seconds to the product cover and the listing image. Not loose content that dilutes your brand, but one brand system running from your own site to Bol.com, Amazon and now TikTok Shop. Your brand stays itself everywhere, while moving with the channel.
TikTok Shop runs on video. The first thing you need is vertical 9:16 video content that stops the scroll in the first two seconds. Not one hero video, but a set: a hook variant, a product-in-use variant and a variant that removes the buyer's doubt. This is the engine of the channel. Without strong video, your product simply isn't discovered.
On top of that you need the listing itself: a product cover that stands out in the feed, an image carousel and a title that meet TikTok's requirements. TikTok rates listings on quality and gives fuller, sharper product pages more visibility. The carousel and cover are not an afterthought. They decide whether your video reach actually turns into sales.
Underneath all of it sits the most important part: a brand system that drives the native content. Color, typography, tone and the way your product appears on screen. Without that system you make scattered videos that happen to be about your product. With it you make content that feels raw and native and yet is unmistakably your brand. That is the difference between riding a trend and building a brand.
Optionally, creator and UGC content comes on top. For many categories, content from real users outperforms studio material. We direct that content so that, despite the spontaneous tone, it stays within your brand. Whether we produce it ourselves or work with creators, the brand line holds.
On Bol.com and Amazon the customer arrives with intent. They search, compare and decide based on static listings: hero photos, infographics, A+ Content. There, the still image sells. TikTok Shop works the other way around. Nobody is actively searching for your product there. It is discovered in the feed, among content people watch for fun. The video does the work the infographic did on the marketplace.
That means your marketplace skill only half transfers. The discipline of a listing that converts stays, but the center of gravity shifts from static design to video, motion and captions. A glossy studio infographic that performs on Amazon feels like an ad on TikTok and slows the sale. What looks premium on one channel reads as noise on the other.
We build for both worlds. We know how a listing has to convert on Bol.com and Amazon, and we translate that into what TikTok Shop demands: native in tone, on-brand in execution. So you don't have to choose between a channel that sells and a brand that holds up.
The biggest mistake brands make with a new channel is treating it as an isolated island. A separate agency for TikTok, another for the webshop, a third for the marketplaces. The result is a brand that looks slightly different everywhere, and a customer who doesn't recognize you when they meet you in a second place.
We work from one brand system and run it through every touchpoint: your webshop, Bol.com, Amazon and now TikTok Shop. For Screenmate we built ten services on the same visual foundation, so a customer visiting the webshop recognizes the brand immediately on the package that arrives at home. The same logic applies on TikTok Shop. The content can be loose and spontaneous, the brand experience stays tight.
That makes TikTok Shop not an isolated experiment but an extension of a brand that already stands. And it keeps you from depending on one channel: when feed trends change, your content changes with them, but your brand stays the anchor. That is what we build on.
What you get
The process
Brand and channel check
We put your brand system next to how TikTok Shop actually works: the video feed, the product cover and the listing requirements. What follows is what we make native and what has to stay on-brand.
Content strategy
We decide which video hooks, formats and covers suit your brand and the feed. Native in tone, recognisable as you. No loose trends that have nothing to do with your brand.
Video and image production
Vertical 9:16 video, product covers and listing images that stop the feed and carry your brand. On-brand colour, typography and tone, even in content that looks raw.
Listing build
We build the product page to TikTok's specs: title, image carousel and video that together reach the quality tier which decides your visibility in the Shop.
Brand continuity check
We put TikTok Shop next to your own store, Bol.com and Amazon. One brand, every channel. No separate islands each saying something different.
Live and measuring
After publishing we watch what lands in the feed and on the listing, and sharpen the hooks, covers and images.
